Bouw Art’s roots in Latvian construction go back to 1998. The team is made up of specialists with 10–15 years of international experience in construction and in panel house manufacturing.
Our factory in Iecava builds modular and timber frame houses that reach clients in Latvia, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, Iceland and Austria.

Aleksandrs Asejevs
Founder and managing directorAleksandrs came up with the company's name while living and working in the Netherlands: bouw is Dutch for construction, art is art. “We create beautiful individual houses, hence the name,” he explains.
The Bouw Art factory in Iecava employs around 35 people, and 95 % of what it makes is exported — mainly to Iceland, the Faroe Islands and Norway. At the end of 2025 the company bought its factory premises beside the A7 motorway, where it is now in its fourth year.
Three steps to your house
Full-cycle design and architecture — from adapting a standard model to an individual design and its approval by the building authority.
The house is built in our factory in Iecava — in a dry, controlled environment, from certified materials, with continuous quality control at every stage.
Assembly on site takes 3–5 days on average. If you wish: the full interior finish and landscaping, until the house is ready to live in.
