A Bouw Art timber frame house panel

Packages

Three levels
What is a package?

Three ways to receive your house

The package determines how finished the house you receive is: what we do and what is left to you. The structure is identical at all three levels — what differs is the extent of the finishing and the equipment.

We set out the exact contents and the price in an individual quotation, because both depend on the model, the floor area and the site.

Levels
/01Economy

A finished exterior, with the interior prepared for final finishing.

A cost-effective option with a fully finished exterior and an interior prepared for its final finishes. Suited to you if you would rather do the interior work yourself.

/02RecommendedStandard

A fully finished house — ready to move into.

A fully finished house with carefully chosen materials, standard appliances and proven solutions. Suited to you if you want a simple process with no additional design work.

/03Custom

Layout and finishes, developed together with you.

A fully personalised house — the layout, materials, finishes and design solutions developed together with our team. Suited to you if you want a house shaped around the way you live.

Exactly what each level includes is set out in the quotation — it depends on the model and the project.

Structure

The standard build-up of the layers — identical in all three packages. Only the finishing materials differ, and those you choose.
