40–58.5 m² · Modular houseNordic is a simply formed house with a classic pitched roof and very generous glazing at the gable. The tall windows accentuate the central space and give it a character of its own. Nordic has already been built for several clients — in Baldone and Ventspils among other places; real photographs are in the “Gallery” section.
The house is joined and finished in our factory in Iecava — in dry, controlled conditions. It travels to your plot by lorry, a crane is needed to unload it, and joining it takes from a few hours to a few days. The package is yours to choose.
The house is designed for living in all year round and you are welcome to come and see the production process at our factory any day.
