Modular house Selfoss
58.5 m²Selfoss is a more spacious, markedly horizontal model with a simple roof form and large windows along the facade. The layout and the glazing are arranged so that the main living area is bright and open. Selfoss has already been built and handed over to clients - in Saulkrasti among other places, and the photographs show a real house at our factory rather than visualisations only.
The house is joined and finished in our factory in Iecava - in dry, controlled conditions. It travels to your plot by lorry, a crane is needed to unload it, and joining it takes from a few hours to a few days. The package is yours to choose.
