24–52 m² · Modular houseSkagen is a compact house with a simple, clean form and high ceilings. The large windows let in plenty of daylight, while its elongated shape makes every square metre easy to use.
The house is joined and finished in our factory in Iecava — in dry, controlled conditions. It travels to your plot by lorry, a crane is needed to unload it, and joining it takes from a few hours to a few days. The package is yours to choose.
You are welcome to come and see the production process at our factory any day.
