From Iecava to Norway

Bouw Art modular and timber frame houses are built in our own factory in Iecava, Latvia. 95 % of what the factory makes is exported, and Norway is one of the main export destinations alongside Iceland and the Faroe Islands.

A house leaves the factory 60 to 95 % complete, depending on the package: floor, walls and roof are built at the same time in controlled conditions, and the internal services are fitted in the factory too.

The finished house is delivered to your plot and assembled on foundations prepared in advance. The houses are made for year-round living, and the insulation is specified to the energy performance you want.
